When enrolling at Dance Industry, you are agreeing to our principal terms & conditions outlined below.
PAYMENT OF FEES
Termly fees are due during enrolment week (usually the week before the term begins) to secure your place in the class. Any alternative payment plans are at the sole discretion of the Management. Please note: If the full balance of fees has not be cleared by half term, an additional late payment charge of £10 will be added to your bill.
NOTICE OF LEAVING
If a new Pupil decides to leave after 2 lessons, the termly fee may be refunded upon written request minus a £20 admin fee. In all other circumstances, a full terms notice is required and fees are non-refundable.
All items sold from our store are NON-REFUNDABLE unless they have defects. Upon returning any items, the customer must provide proof of purchase by presenting their Dance Industry Studios issued receipt.
Due to the nature of the rehearsal process our Teachers reserve the right to remove a Pupil, with notice, from a performance or exam if their attendance has not been adequate.
The school runs a strict uniform policy and expects all Pupils to arrive in appropriate uniform/costume/footwear for classes. If a Pupil attends classes wearing inappropriate attire, the Teacher reserves the right to ask the Pupil to leave the class.
Exam entries are at the discretion of the Teachers and Management and require full attendance at extra lessons. If a Pupil does not meet the exam criteria, the Teacher reserves the right to postpone their exam entry.
